In the past two years, Morris and Associates has settled multiple class action lawsuits against employers such as Brinks, Inc., Kraft, KB Homes, DHL, Fidelity Information Services, Hallmark, and others, recovering millions of dollars for employees throughout California. Morris and Associates is currently representing employees in multiple class actions in San Diego, Sacramento, Los Angeles and San Francisco seeking overtime pay, meal and rest break pay and interest and penalties for our clients.

In 2009, Morris and Associates represented a class of persons comprising all Nordstrom customers in California who had received, but not used prior to their expiration, "Nordstrom Notes." The action sought to reimburse all customers whose "Nordstrom Notes" had expired. The expiration dates were in less than ten-point font. California law requires all Gift Certificates which contain expiration dates to ensure that they appear in at least ten-point font.
