People who drive in San Diego County tend to be aware of the fact that pedestrians are a regular sight on the local roads, and this includes roads that may not be near the actual city.  In addition, drivers need to be ready to allow safe passage for pedestrians at all times in the day.  While it’s too early to know exactly what occurred, something went drastically wrong over the weekend that led to the death of a man in a Spring Valley pedestrian accident.
