Social media web sites have in some ways taken over the Internet and have invaded just about every form of communication we use in modern times.  One of those modes of communication that has tied in with social media updates is text messaging, which allows people who are members of social media sites to obtain updates even if they are not at their computer.  However, some serious legal issues have arisen with these text updates to the point where a San Diego class action lawsuit has been filed against three of the true giants of the social media world.
