Most people understand that when they venture out onto the public roads that they are taking on some sort of risk.  However, when two people are standing in an alley between two parked cars having a conversation, they would almost never foresee any danger on the horizon.  Unfortunately, danger did find two people over the weekend when they were injured by two parked cars that slammed into them in a San Diego hit-and-run accident.

Driving at night can be difficult for even the most experienced motorists, and this driving environment becomes only more difficult when someone comes over a hill and suddenly must deal with the presence of a pedestrian.  While mistakes can happen in this situation and San Diego pedestrian accidents can occur, the situation only gets worse when a driver involved in such a crash flees the scene.  Unfortunately, that appears to be what occurred in a San Diego hit-and-run accident that left a man seriously injured.

There are certain areas in San Diego that are notorious for their tendency to play host to serious San Diego traffic accidents, and one of those areas is an intersection in Hillcrest, where people who live and work in the area feel that the intersection of University Avenue and 4^th Street is extremely dangerous.  Unfortunately, that location was once again the location of a San Diego pedestrian accident that injured a mother and her young daughter on Sunday morning.
