When people travel down city streets at high rates of speed, they are reducing if not completely eliminating any margin of error that exists if a mistake is made.  Unfortunately, police suspect that speed was a factor in a single-vehicle San Diego car accident over the weekend that sent four people to the hospital with injuries.  Law enforcement officials continue to investigate the situation.

Most people understand that when they venture out onto the public roads that they are taking on some sort of risk.  However, when two people are standing in an alley between two parked cars having a conversation, they would almost never foresee any danger on the horizon.  Unfortunately, danger did find two people over the weekend when they were injured by two parked cars that slammed into them in a San Diego hit-and-run accident.

Executing a pass of a vehicle on the left is a maneuver that requires skill and control.  Any mistakes that are made while attempting to make such a pass can immediately place several people in extreme danger, as there are mere seconds to correct such a mistake.  Unfortunately, some sort of mistake may have been made by a driver of a vehicle attempting such a maneuver on Sunday night, and the result was a San Diego car accident that seriously injured two young people.
