Two People Seriously Injured in San Diego Car Accident

Executing a pass of a vehicle on the left is a maneuver that requires skill and control.  Any mistakes that are made while attempting to make such a pass can immediately place several people in extreme danger, as there are mere seconds to correct such a mistake.  Unfortunately, some sort of mistake may have been made by a driver of a vehicle attempting such a maneuver on Sunday night, and the result was a San Diego car accident that seriously injured two young people.

Mother, Young Daughter Injured in San Diego Pedestrian Accident

Man Killed in Spring Valley Pedestrian Accident

Vehicle Passenger Suffers Traumatic Brain Injury in San Diego Hit-and-Run Accident

Mertzanis v. Gibbs Case

On January 17, 2010, Aristeids Mertzanis, Kristen Ames-Mertzanis and their 14 month old child Yiannis Mertzanis were staying at a rental house in La Jolla, California. Yiannis walked across a burning hot metal grate that was in the middle of the living room, causing severe burn injuries. He sustained second and third degree burns to his feet, elbows, arms and hands when he fell on top of the hot floor heater grate. He was transported to UCSD burn center where he remained for twelve days receiving treatment and physical therapy.

San Diego Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Social Media Giants

AT&T Tax Refund Litigation

California Gift Card Litigation

In 2009, Morris and Associates represented a class of persons comprising all Nordstrom customers in California who had received, but not used prior to their expiration, "Nordstrom Notes." The action sought to reimburse all customers whose "Nordstrom Notes" had expired. The expiration dates were in less than ten-point font. California law requires all Gift Certificates which contain expiration dates to ensure that they appear in at least ten-point font.
